Post pregnancy bleeding?

I gave birth to my first baby 13 weeks ago and my post-partum bleeding completely finished about 4 weeks ago and I have had nothing since yesterday when I’ve experienced tiny amounts of spotting/bleeding with kind of a reddish brown colour. I’m sure this is not a period as I have been breastfeeding and its no where near enough blood to be one.
Anyone else experenced this?
It only lasted a couple of hours now has appeared to completely stop and it was only very minute amounts/ specks but definately blood.

Some women (like my sister) have periods even while breastfeeding. Maybe this is it? First one? I’m sorry if i’m not much help…..
