1. Discover What Foods That You Should Eat
There are the right type of foods that you will want to eat that will provide the best nourishment for your child while not packing on the bad pregnancy fat. The right kinds of foods will not pack on extra weight even if you eat allot of them. So what foods am I talking about? Any foods that only contain one ingredient like: chicken, steak, veggies, fruits, eggs, rice, bacon, butter,coconut oil, avocados, and sweet potatoes.

Nutrition Tips: The fat contained in an egg yolk are the best for helping to grow your baby’s brain. Coconut oil is great for eliminating pregnancy fatigue. There are lots more of these great tasty and healthy foods.

2. Discover All The Foods That You Should Stay Away From.
You will want to learn what foods can cause you to gain lots of unwanted weight and that are also dangerous to your baby. I’m sure that you are already aware that all the sugary snack and cakes are unhealthy, but there are also lots of other foods to keep away from.

There are even foods labeled as good for you like soy milk. Soy can negatively affect your thyroid and also disrupts your normal hormone levels. Also keep away from dairy products. They usually include with antibiotics and hormones. Now do not worry about your calcium, you can get all the calcium you need from green veggies and almonds. And its also very important to, keep away from all the foods that contain a long list of chemicals and preservatives.

3. Discover How To Combine These Foods
