I’m gaining waay to much weight?? Help?
I’m 6 months pregnant and have already about 35 pounds. My doctor warned me a month ago to watch my weight and I weighed myself this morning…I have gained over 15 since a month ago!!!!! I don’t eat a lot of unhealthy foods!! I have a pregnancy food pyramid chart and stay pretty on track with it. I do eat out once or twice a week but never over do it. I am really worried I’m hurting the baby somehow though in this weight gain…I do not want to have a 15 pound baby either lol…any advice or meal plans that helped others out there while they were pregnant? Please help!!!!
I am also 6 months pregnant. Im due July 1st. I have gained about 30 lbs myself. I am walking, eating healthy, and I am still gaining. It’s hard because I get so hungry. I am not eating bad foods, maybe I am just eating too frequently. Anyways, it will be ok. We will have healthy babies and we will just have to work a little harder afterwards to get it off. Some people just gain easier than others during pregnancy and we may be some of those people…. I have been told to watch my carb intake. Although you can’t completely cut them out when you are pregnant you can limit your white breads, sugars, etc.. Hope this helps. Hang in there, we don’t have too much longer to go! =)
